I have never written a review for a car dealer before, but this place definitely deserves to be commended. What a different experience! No pressure or haggling. You really feel like they are really trying to find a good fit for the customer(both with the car & the price). Their prices were the lowest around, and believe me, I did 3 days of looking on the internet before I went there. Rather than sitting twiddling our thumbs through the miserable wait for the financial approval, my husband & I had the pleasure of spending that time with Anthony Andolino. He had us laughing almost the entire time. Time went by my so much faster & nicer for us. I have already told many people about your special Pirates of the Carribean ring tone, Anthony! Tom was a thorough salesman, never getting irritated with the walking back & forth to get keys. Tim was a perfect general manager by supplying us enough information, but not pressuring us into anything. He assured us that he could help us with financing at a good rate & then made good on that promise. Despite our subpar credit, we got a great rate. We were very surprised & happy. I needed to get out of my lease expiring in October and return to a purchase plan. He responded in a very respectful manner that he would do everything he could to help me get into a new car but instead of making promises let me see what you would like and what our people can do to help you. Bottom line, I selected a vehicle, Tim worked on financing until he found what would work for me and concluding the paper work with Bob was the best car purchase experince I have every had, and I have bought a lot of cars. Most important, I will go back to R C Hill and honestly recommend them to friends. More

Troy Stoops was our salesman. We found him to be very friendly - remembered our names when we returned, was personal and yet stayed on target. He was up front about their pricing and found rebates that pertained to our vehicle - pointing out the differences between buying a new 2011 and a 2012. The history of the Mitsubishi and the price were what sold us but Troy Stoops was a very important part of that whole situation. Bob, In finance, moved his part along quickly and yet was personable and explained everything - no hidden surprises Troy took us to visit the parts and service departments. By the way, we love our Outlander Sport - seems solid, runs well, nice "trinkets" and looks good. Thanks for a nice experience. Nice to find our new vehicle in Delightful DeLand. Sue Atkinson More
