Back in 2007 I went to rc hill to purchase a vehicle with my papa. He was so happy with the way they treated us and how amazing they were compared to the other dealerships we went to that he decided that is my papa. Now 6 years later when I thought about buying a new car rc hill was the first place I wanted to try to "look" for a new vehicle. I went on 4/23 to look around and was greated by Troy within like 3 minutes on the lot. I explained to him how I was just looking for a new car because my parents currently were in a really tough position and were sharing one vehicle and could not afford a new one. He told me how he would be able to give me a good amount to trade my 2006 lancer in for and that he would love to have it. I again stressed how important it was for me to help my parents and he was touched. He asked me what I was looking for and he directed me right to the new lancers which is what I had been looking at online. He got the keys and pulled it out. He let me sit inside and showed me all of the cool funcitons the vehicle had and asked if I wasnted to go on a test drive no strings attached. Of course I was all excited. We went around a few miles deland and I loved the car! He told me he could look and see what he could do and would not do anything unless I was comfortable with it because I explained I was a full time nursing student and didnt have a bunch of money to blow on a new car so Troy and Tim got to work and came up with a great deal for me. They helped work it so the 900.00 that was owed on my old car to help me be able to afford the new one. They gave me some great discounts and added some nice extras to make the deal just perfect for me! THIS IS THE BEST PART!!! They came in and sat down and told me how touched they were at what I was doing for my parents and wanted to detial my old lancer and get it all nice and be a part of it when I gave the car to my mom that day. So I told my mom i had a rental (which was my new car :) and that i had to go back to rc hill to get my old car and that there was a major issue with it and I pretended to cry and everything so as my mom came back to the dealership EVERYONE in that place was in on it. They told me that my car needed a new motor and all this bad stuff and my mom started yelling which is exactly what we wanted :). Then we explained to her my old car was her car and that they detailed it for her and gave me a great deal so I could help them. Of course she cried and Troy and Tim were right there with me. It was one of the most rewarding experiances I have ever had. I could not have done it without them. I always said I would go back to rc hill for my next vehicle because of the customer service and becuase nothing besides small maintence items EVER went wrong with my lancer so I new I wanted another one fot the next car. This last buying experiance really clarified that for me. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else I can guarentee that.I can only hope that Troy will still be there to sell the next one to me in another 5-6 years :)... I know Tim will be since he was there for the last one back in 2006 and trust me dealing with them both will be an amazing and quick process for you. Dont let your previous car buying experiances or other car salesman isuues stand in your way of wanting a new vehicle. Give RC HILL in DELAND FL a try I promise you will leave smiling. I have shared my story with atleast 20 poeple since the 23rd and have several people thinking of buying a new car.... hopefully my story helps lead you into the parking lot of rc hill :) Erica More

I could not POSSIBLY have asked for better service or a better experience than Tim and Anthony gave me! They went above and beyond what I asked for and what I could have hoped for! I searched for months looking for a new car, and traveled to just about every car dealer in range of my area- even as far as Orlando, Lakeland, and Leesburg- and had come up empty! It seems now-a-days every dealer wants you to finance something more than you can afford. But that was NOT the case with Tim and Anthony at RC Hill. Not only did they not pressure me to finance or go higher than what I told them I could afford- they worked tirelessly to make sure I found a car I would like and would be happy with for a long time to come! They didn't even pressure me to buy a Mitsubishi (which I LOVED) when I looked at a used Honda they had on the lot. I cannot tell you how much I loved the experience at RC Hill!!! And I have already started telling everyone I know about the experience and recommending them to join me in becoming customers of RC Hill! If you are looking for a car- RC Hill is the place to go, and Tim and Anthony are the guys you want to see! Do yourself a huge favor and check them out! More

My previous car buying experiences were stressful and unpleasant. As soon as you drive onto their lots, you're surrounded by pushy salesmen who don't take "No" for an answer. I did my initial 'shopping' on the internet and found what I was looking for quickly and with plenty of information. After calling to ensure the car was still available, I drove the 1 1/2 hours to Deland to meet with Russell. On arriving, I was greeted pleasantly by a couple of the guys who fetched Russell while I wandered unmollested around the lot. I was immediately impressed with Russell's knowledge and explanation of the car, a 2009 Nissan Murano SL. It wasn't just "Here's the wipers and there's the seat adjusters" type of overview, but a thorough description and demonstration of everthing from the intelligent key to the automatic rear door. The test drive was just as impressive and not just a drive around the block. By the time we got back to the dealership, I was absolutely sold not only on the car, but also on RC Hill. While completing the paperwork, Tim and Russell both took the time to explain warranties, financing and everything else. There was zero haggling as their price was lower than anything I'd found in the area. They gave me more than I could have expected from my old car and I ended up paying much less than I was expecting before I drove onto the lot. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and, after living with the new car for two weeks not, I'm still 100% satisfied with Russell, Tim and RC Hill. More

I recently purchased a Honda Accord. I had such a pleasant experience at RC Hill. It was hassle free. From the time I entered the car lot until the time I left everyone was very helpful. Jeff was the first to greet me whom I had spoke with already on the phone. Tim came over and shared a few words with my husband and me. Mike came over and wished us luck on getting the car. I thought that was very nice. Jeff even let me use the computer to print out my id cards for my insurance. Bob was great. He went over the financials and explained the numbers made sure I understood anything and answered all my questions. RC Hill made buying my car very easy. I love my new Honda Accord! I will definitely be back in the future when my husband is ready to purchase a new vehicle! More
