Friendly and Courteous I brought my truck in for oil change and alignment. Both of those were taken care of as well as tire rotation that was pointed out to me was due for m I brought my truck in for oil change and alignment. Both of those were taken care of as well as tire rotation that was pointed out to me was due for my truck by my Service Manger, Tim Hoffman. the work was done in the time stated to me when I checked in. At the completion of the service Tim went over the work completed and then also showed me where they checked for other issues and found none. It is always a pleasure to walk into the Service area and be greeted by the smiles and be recognized by name, not just from Tim but from all the service managers Jason, Kevin and Jeff. Great team. More

A dealership I can Trust I travel for my job and so if I am gone and my wife experiences a vehicle problem oi there is routine maintenance to be done on the vehicles I know I I travel for my job and so if I am gone and my wife experiences a vehicle problem oi there is routine maintenance to be done on the vehicles I know I can trust our Service manager, Tim Hoffman to watch out for us. Tim always makes sure that my wife knows what he is going to do on the vehicle and explains any questions she has. After the service he takes the time to go over the work completes and makes sure that she feels comfortable that there are no issues with the vehicle. More

Solid base I'm always helped and greeted by all the employees at palmen Buick. From service to sales they've been on top of their game when I've been purchasing I'm always helped and greeted by all the employees at palmen Buick. My service writer Tim Hoffman communicates well and is very conciensous about his role and its affects on his customers. Everyone is busy now days and its nice to have someone communicate well and appreciate the customer's as he does. More

Got new tire. Great help and speedy service. I had a flat tire returning from doctor visit. GMC Roadside service arrived in 45 minutes and changed my tire. Top to Bottom excellence! Been going to Palmen for years. Every trip is excellent and when I make a appointment, I'm dealt with promptly and courteously. Tim Hoffman is a great representative of how well the dealership treats its customers. They always are extremely clean, and wash my car when there done. Tim is a terrific, seasoned Service representative Tim has been my Service Rep since my first Car from Palmen back in the 90's and I wouldn't want it any other way.
