I had Tim Hoffman’s card from my initial contact with Palmen and called him to schedule a service call. Tim was courteous, responsive to my concerns and attentive. I am impressed with his pleasant professionalism and the quick response to get my vehicle in order again. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the service area, the restroom and customer lounge. More

They had to order one like it, so I was given a loaner courtesy car just like mine! Familiarity for me wa good! Got my car back in time promised and my warrantee (purchased additionally for such repairs but in regular warranty) paid off! $0! More
