Tim showed me I disabled the trunk latch by accident, confirmed the leak in the A/C by the hissing noise and identified that the seat plastic had cracked which was the seat issue I had questions about. He then set about getting everything scheduled and the part ordered. After a short time I was given a loaner car and sent on my way. Tim contacted me when the repairs were complete.
