It was nice that Tim took care of making sure the work done was still under warranty and they were able to get the work done in an efficient way so that I didn’t have to pay. I complained about loosing m done was still under warranty and they were able to get the work done in an efficient way so that I didn’t have to pay. I complained about loosing my hub cap after my tire rotation and the service manager said he would give me a free oil change to compensate for that misfortune. It was nice to see that the customers still matter which is one reason I continue to get my service done there. Even if it was more expensive which I believe needs to be done but happy with the outcome. Thanks Paul Schulz. More
