felt a 2 week timeframe to get car back was somewhat excessive and had to keep calling to get update versus what was originally expressed. purchasing a recertified 2023 gmc and having 3 major issues excessive and had to keep calling to get update versus what was originally expressed. purchasing a recertified 2023 gmc and having 3 major issues in a year leads me to believe vehicle was not really recertified and not happy with all the issues so far and girl at front desk said engine is probably next. Should never say anything like that to a customer already dealing with issues. More
