I came in one day because no one picked up the call once it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. Bought my truck 45 days ago, brought it in for a few small issues, one being a steering wheel shaking when going 60+ mph, the service dept told me I need to pay to have my tires rebalanced because I hav small issues, one being a steering wheel shaking when going 60+ mph, the service dept told me I need to pay to have my tires rebalanced because I have had the truck for 45 days. Also, with another issue they are blaming it on the fact that I had the truck undercoated, when 100% I had the issue before I had it undercoated. I’ve been dealing with Tim for the last 10 years and there’s no one else I would go to. He is wonderful. He handles everything he tells her what my car needs.
