Everybody we met, from Tim Holm and in each department, was incredible! When we pulled into the lot and saw the "Reserved for Joyce" sign in our freshly detailed new Buick Encore GX, she was on top of the world! Thank you, thank you!!! More

I inquired on a new 2021 2500 AT4 Duramax yesterday. Told them what my trade was, a 2021 2500 Duramax High Country. Today they got back with me, and agreed that I pay $7000 cash difference on the new truck. them what my trade was, a 2021 2500 Duramax High Country. Today they got back with me, and agreed that I pay $7000 cash difference on the new truck. He said "done deal, truck is sold. What time would you like to be here tomorrow to pick it up, we still have to get the plastic off it?" We agreed on a time, and deal is done. I text them pictures of the documentation they needed. Done deal.. So I go get my title from the safety deposit box, withdraw $7k cash from my bank account.... I pull off my tonneau cover, spend an hour uninstalling my custom fit seat covers, and get all of my belongings out of my truck. Then, they call me back, and say they want more money difference. Now its $9k!! Said that came directly from Tim Holm himself!! I absolutely could not believe what they were trying to do! I went back and forth with the sales manager, and he said "Unfortunately, my hands are tied. This is Tim's decision." This would be my 5th brand new GM truck purchase. Trucks ranging from $36k, to $82k, and this is how they treat me. I believe that is called the "Bait and switch" to get me to spend more than we had agreed on. I would expect this at some shady used car lot, but not Holm. Unbelievable!! More

We found our vehicle on-line, made a phone call, drove 552 miles one-way,... and found our perfect vehicle. EVERYONE at Holm Buick GMC were friendly and knowledgeable! Jamie got all our paperwork started and has followed up with us several times. She even had me text when we got home at 11:00 pm due to the snowstorm we traveled through on the way to Salina. J.R. in finance jumped through a few hoops to get us an even LOWER interest rate than the already low rate we came with. It's only been out of the garage for one hour since we got it home, but when the weather stops being crappy & we've gotten our COVID-19 vaccinations, we are ready to roll!! LOL.
