I always dread buying a car. The perception going in is that "I am going to get ripped off." Previous dealerships confirmed my fears. Jim Galbraith was very helpful without being pushy. Once at the dealership Byron Mendoza could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and friendly. My fears were fading. Everyone in the process was extremely courteous and professional. Byron introduced me to Doug Steen in the service department, and once again I was impressed with the interest he showed for my complete satisfaction, not only in buying the car but also with my experience after my purchase. I hope to have my new Cruze for many years to come, but will definitely come back to this dealership again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
