Joe was able to get us a great deal, along with Walter & work with us to get our payments where we wanted them to be for two brand new vehicles, as well as get us good money for our trade-ins! He was able to find me the SUV I wanted when I couldn't find it at any other dealerships in the area and even bring it in on a Saturday when they did not think they could find out or get it until Monday. Tim was also very good and ran through the paperwork with me & my husband quickly & thoroughlt given our time constraints when I had to get to work that night after purchasing my vehicle. I always dread buying a car. The perception going in is that "I am going to get ripped off." Previous dealerships confirmed my fears. When I went online to Advantage Chevrolet's website I really liked bein that "I am going to get ripped off." Previous dealerships confirmed my fears. When I went online to Advantage Chevrolet's website I really liked being able to search for the car I was looking for and found their pricing to be very competitive. Jim Galbraith was very helpful without being pushy. Once at the dealership Byron Mendoza could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and friendly. My fears were fading. Everyone in the process was extremely courteous and professional. Byron introduced me to Doug Steen in the service department, and once again I was impressed with the interest he showed for my complete satisfaction, not only in buying the car but also with my experience after my purchase. I hope to have my new Cruze for many years to come, but will definitely come back to this dealership again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
