Fast, Efficient, Professional. I have had Tim manage my 2004 Pilot's maintenance since I bought it new. I now have a 2017 Pilot also and He keeps them both in safe, drivable sha I have had Tim manage my 2004 Pilot's maintenance since I bought it new. I now have a 2017 Pilot also and He keeps them both in safe, drivable shape. I like the on-line service scheduler. It lets you choose your appointment time that fits your schedule. I have bought 4 vehicles from Herb Chambers and recommended them to others because of the Sales and Service they provide. More

Have been going to Herb Chambers for years since buying my 2006 Civic from them, have always been satisfied, always been treated courteously, always felt I could trust them over repairs, etc. Once they eve my 2006 Civic from them, have always been satisfied, always been treated courteously, always felt I could trust them over repairs, etc. Once they even cleaned out my glove compartment after a mouse had gotten in there and made a nest after shredding my car registration, and which I discovered only on my way to my car’s annual inspection. Greatly appreciated! Tim was also a pleasure to work with at my most recent service appointment. Highly recommended overall. More

The service representatives are always very nice and helpful but the time it takes to get something like an oil change done is absurd. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half which I alre helpful but the time it takes to get something like an oil change done is absurd. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half which I already think is excessive when I have an appointment. I notified them that I needed my car as soon as possible as it is currently our only vehicle. Three hours later I finally get a call. I notice the light indicating there is a problem was still on in the car and so my wiper fluid, which was completely empty, hadn’t been refilled. The service representative was very apologetic and said we could bring the car back in if we’d like. No thanks. I don’t have another three hours to get a simple job finished correctly. I’ll be taking my car to speedy oil change in the future. More

They set an appointment the next day for us and resolved the issues with the car. Ron called us shortly after we dropped off the car and let us know the issues that needed to be resolved and this dealership the issues with the car. I recently bought a car from herb chambers and on the second day my air conditioner was not woking i called the service department at 330 in the afternoon and they got me into the service department at 4 second day my air conditioner was not woking i called the service department at 330 in the afternoon and they got me into the service department at 430. Fixed the problem within one hour and i was back on the road again.Tim was my service guy and he was awesome. He explained everything and he was so nice and so pleasant to deal with he is an asset to your company and i hope he knows he made my experience very stress free. thanks Tim More
