I took my car to Herb Chambers as it is my usual place to go for maintenance. I did not have an appointment to be seen but Tim was able to get me a loaner vehicle so I was able to leave my car there as it wa go for maintenance. Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is truly my favorite dealership. Every time I go for service, my favorite service manager Tim greets me with a smile and makes me laugh and feel at home. He is excellent dealership. Every time I go for service, my favorite service manager Tim greets me with a smile and makes me laugh and feel at home. He is excellent at ensuring that my car is serviced quickly and that I am taken care of. During this visit, I had accidentally dropped my Kindle and I thought it had broken and Tim swooped right in and put it back together for me in no time. I am truly grateful for that and for the care that I receive while I am there. I also have to mention that my favorite sales rep Sam treats me like family each time that I go in. He always comes by to say hello and sit with me and chat while I am waiting for my service to be completed all in between his busy schedule. They absolutely give me the royalty treatment at this dealership. If you decide to wait at the dealership for the service you get complimentary snacks and beverages which is wonderful. My car came out sparkling clean from a car wash both inside and out. Then Tim explained in detail what was completed and I was on my way. I have been a dedicated customer since 1999 and I live in Warwick now but I choose to go to Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk because of how well they treat me. I give them the highest recommendation and when you go there, look for Tim and Sam. They are the best. More
