Upon my entering the showroom floor of Walker Ford, my experience was good. I asked for Kevin Jewel and the receptionist paged him and he was there in a couple of minutes. Kevin knew who I was and what i experience was good. I asked for Kevin Jewel and the receptionist paged him and he was there in a couple of minutes. Kevin knew who I was and what i was looking for a ford focus. He treated me very respectfully and professionally. The price that I was offered for my new vehicle was well below my expectations. My overall experience was expectational and I will recommend Walker Ford to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. More

The entire sales experience was very enjoyable. I visited to window shop at the new model cars and ended up coming back to go with a lease through Walker Ford because of the friendly staff, no pressure sales to window shop at the new model cars and ended up coming back to go with a lease through Walker Ford because of the friendly staff, no pressure sales approach, and reasonable prices. I love my new car and I'm glad my friend dragged me in to the dealership! One of the things I dislike the most in the world is buying a car, but the salespeople from Walker Ford made me feel like I need to the dealership! One of the things I dislike the most in the world is buying a car, but the salespeople from Walker Ford made me feel like I need to buy a car everyday! They were very friendly and funny! I ordered two different cars but only one came but when I bought the car they put the VIN# of the car that didn't come on all my paperwork...oopps! They even made that a great experience and made me feel very relaxed. My experience was not like any car buying experience and I even look forward to making my first car payment...haha! Thanks for the great time and a great car! More
