David Manning is the exact opposite of what poor customer relations is all about. He has been truthful in all communications with me. It is refreshing to work with someone who figures out what I want and pla relations is all about. He has been truthful in all communications with me. It is refreshing to work with someone who figures out what I want and places a product in front of me that matches my expectations without trying to sell me something I do not want. I think Denise Newman does a superb job of presenting information about after-purchase products without a "hard sell" routine. Information is always useful without being pressured into buying something I did not want. Bret Hughes did a great job of wrapping up the financial end of the deal - even saving us a couple of dollars by finding a better interest rate (beating our credit union). He did a great job of keeping the business part of the process moving along without bogging it down with useless sales presentations. Tim Katt has done a great job of empowering the team to get the job done and ensuring the team remains upbeat and friendly at all times. It is great to work with a dealership where the sales team does not have to constantly "run back for a manager's approval" on every single item being discussed. Overall, this is the type of service I truly appreciate. It is worth the drive across the "bay" to get this kind of service. I will keep coming back for this experience. More

I started my quest for a new car online, contacting several dealer. Kevin contacted me within 24 hours by email and offered any assistance. Because of my work schedule I did not answer. I had a Ford Taurus that had not given me any problems, but was 8. Yrs old. I decided to stop at Walker Ford first expecting to spend my Saturday car shopping. I was immediately greeted and escorted to the office to ask for Kevin. He was busy with a client but made time to come and greet me and asked if I minded having Ralph show me around. Ralph is the most sincere gentleman I encountered. He described my options and the differences between buying new and used. After test driving the new 2012 Fiesta he asked if I were interested. I said I was, but have a pending foreclosure in my credit history. He stated he would see what was possible and spent valuable time to check for any offers or rebates and working with a very customer -service minded gentleman named Brett. All these gentlemen, to include Tim, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful, I felt like a family member. Denise was friendly and helpful and made me very comfortable. All in all, I will never want to buy a car from any other dealer and all my recommendations will be to Walker Ford. May God bless all of you and your family members. More

I am 56 yrd old and had never bought a new truck in my life. I was not even going to buy a truck the day I came to Walker Ford. My salemans Phil Massey made my buying experiance such a pleasure. And Tim Katt got the numbers together for me with no haggle at all and what a surprise that was. Mickey Alperstein made the finincing feel effortless til I had to give my 5000.00 downpayment. Denise Newman help me out in the aftermarket and what a nice lady and will probley be seeing here again for more stuff. Thanks to the 4 people at Walker Ford now at 56 I have my first new Ford Truck. I have purchased 3 out of 4 trucks at this location. They are very easy to work with. I came back because Tim has always been fair. I drove down from Memphis Tn just to buy this truck. My last King R They are very easy to work with. I came back because Tim has always been fair. I drove down from Memphis Tn just to buy this truck. My last King Ranch 150 I lived in Maryland and drove down to Walker Ford and bought a truck. I don't like to hassell over price and I don't want to be there for 4 or 5 hours to buy a truck. They make a buying experince very easy. Ford needs to watch how Tim Katts works and pass it on to other Ford Dealers. I will keep driving to Walker Ford when I need a truck. More

He spent 40 min with me answering questions,showing and explaining differences and options between models. Was extremely patient and informative. His non aggressive manner was the main reason i returned 3 weeks later to purchase the vehicle of my choice. He matched the lowest quote I had received from other dealerships and found the color i requested and had it on the lot from another location in one day. Brett was also knowledgeable and patient with our many financing questions. He explained the finance options available to us, proceeded with the one he thought best and followed thru with a positive response from Ford Motor Credit in a matter of minutes. Harry finalized the deal the next day in a friendly and quick manner. Vic was very thorough with all of the paperwork needed to transfer trade-in and take ownership. He knew the details of some of the most advanced tech features on the car and offered continued help afterward and thanked us from himself, the dealership and Ford Motor Co. There were many choices to make in our three month search for a vehicle..used and new. I am happy to say that I chose Ford, that I chose American. More

In 2003 I bought my first Ford Explorer from Walker Ford. They made the experience pleasant for me so when it was time to buy a 2013 I returned to Walker Ford to check out my options of cars and prices. Ralp They made the experience pleasant for me so when it was time to buy a 2013 I returned to Walker Ford to check out my options of cars and prices. Ralph was wonderful and walked me through each step of the procedure until I found the car of my choice and the price that was within my budget. I also met Tim Katt and Denise during this time frame and they were also wonderful to deal with. I truly appreciate the positive experience of my purchase. More

Overall experience was great, the sales staff, Ron Carter and Tim Katt were awesome and answered all of my questions. Wow... where do I start to describe the fantastic experience I had at Walker Ford! Having bought several Ford's from other dealerships around the country, I have to say I have never experienced the h experience I had at Walker Ford! Having bought several Ford's from other dealerships around the country, I have to say I have never experienced the honesty, teamwork and professionalism as I did at Walker Ford!!!!!! Let me tell you what a TEAM these professionals are: From my email to the Internet Sales Manager, Kevin, who responded to my inquiry in lightening speed, very knowledgeable about the Ford products, answering my initial questions, then promptly scheduling an appointment to come in to speak to him at a time that was convenient to me, to the wonderful tour of the vehicle and its features to his expertise in finding that my employer qualified me for the X plan. Kevin went out of his way to ensure I kept a smile on my face, by creating a wonderful internet sales experience for me! Then, I met Ivey Thigpen, the General Manager, who greeted me with a huge smile and welcome to Walker Ford and thank you for allowing Walker to serve your automotive needs! How fantastic that was to see he really cared about ensuring my auto needs were met.!!! Thinking that Ivey and Kevin were above and beyond my previous dealership experiences, I was introduced to Harry Rumberger the Finance Manager! I don't ever remember sitting in a finance office and not being a nervous wreck over what I was getting into. I was amazed at the financing that Harry put together, and how relaxed I was talking with him about my financial situation. Harry was a very active listener and arranged the financing to benefit me! He sincerely showed that a finance experience does not need to be a high pressure experience, but one to best suit the customer. I also had the pleasure of working with Phil, who assisted in the final delivery of my new Focus, all within hours of my initial email to Kevin. Phil was very conscientious of my time , insuring I got home to my granddaughter promptly, but insuring I understood the features of my vehicle before I left for home safely. Oh and did I forget to mention Jennifer, who greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that I met up with Kevin for my scheduled appointment. She also made sure she came in to congratulate me on my new vehicle. Last but not least, I have to tell you about another part of the team that helped me... Tim Katt, the new cars sales Manager. another wonderful team member that took the time to share how to sync my cell phone, when I could not get it to function. Not only did he get it synced for me, but shared some fantastic information to make using my phone directory with a little bit of more ease. There was no rushing to get the job done, only concern that I understood my vehicle and its systems! This is the professionalism that should be used as a training program for other Ford Dealerships , especially the one up the street from Walker that felt it necessary to give misinformation to me, then tried to use pressure tactics to get me to buy a vehicle I did not like, gave me inaccurate information about what I could finance and finally that no other dealership had the vehicle I wanted. All I can do is say ….Thank you for leading me to Walker Ford and the wonderful customer service team!!! I HIGHLY recommend Walker Ford ! Walker Ford shines for Ford Motor Company!!!!!!!!!
