Aaron Allsopp was super attentive when things didn’t go as planned and helped resolve the concerns quickly. Paul Brown was very friendly and responsive during the finance piece. He was knowledgeable, calm and explained the differences between models. I purchased a gorgeous 2011 SLK300 in March. It had a ‘hidden’ cosmetic issue that I didn’t notice until I took delivery of the car. Arthur handled my call really well and Tim Klingenberger took care of the issue without reserve. It is easy to look good when everything goes smoothly. But the true test is how problems are dealt with. The work was superb. I was so happy with how I was treated and the outcome, that I just purchased another vehicle, a 2016 E350. Pleasant experience after dealing with sharks elsewhere. I had visited other dealerships, their sales tactics were animal like. At one dealership I wanted to give them a deposit and follow up with a bank dra I had visited other dealerships, their sales tactics were animal like. At one dealership I wanted to give them a deposit and follow up with a bank draft for the remainder of the payment. They wanted me to finance the car thru them, not what I wanted. At another dealership they pointed to a person who wanted the car and was working with another salesperson, but because I arrived earlier I had first choice. Arthur Gordon and Tim Klingenberger were gentlemen to work with. They handled the transaction well, took care of our concerns, delivered the car clean and Arthur spent a lot of time reviewing the various functions of the car with my wife and myself before we took it away. Strongly recommend visiting these people or see others but check these guys out before you buy. More

If you are in the market for a MB or MB of Shrewsbury has a used vehicle you are interested in I HIGHLY recommend you take the trip down there. When you get there ask for Arthur or Tim. I had the pleasure of working with Arthur for the initial interaction and vehicle test drive. Tim followed up with trade in estimates and making a deal. Tim was outstanding and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. Paul did the final finance and he has the answers to your questions or concerns, dont hesitate to ask. He is very good. They do not push vehicles or numbers on you and the trade in values are good (just be realistic about your own car....) I am not a big Mercedes person but if they have a used car im interested in they will always be my first call. Thanks Guys. Johnathan More

You would’ve thought we had been buying Mercedes’s for years. We had a few concerns about the car. (Nicks, paint defects, small hole in pass seat) Instead of saying what I’m used to hearing I heard “No problem we’ll take care of it.” I didn’t think you could buy a car like this. The car only had one key. Last car I bought the weren’t getting me another key unless I bought it. This car has the fob built into the key. So I’m thinking how much is this going to cost. Before I even ask they tell me they’ll get me another key. I was blown away. Couldn’t be happier. More

Not pushy, relaxed, but professional, first rate experience. Tim helped us finalize our deal and get the paperwork started. Again very helpful and professional. You don't have to be purchasing a Mercedes here to get top notch customer service. Paul assisted us in the final steps and was a pleasure to work with. Throughout our time here, we were constantly updated at any point we were waiting and were checked in on numerous times. There was zero sales push and even still we got a great deal on our vehicle. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended you go here. We'll be back for our next. More
