When i called her numerous times,she never was rude or acted like I was being a nuisance. So of course I came back!!! I'm recommending a couple of my friends right now who are currently looking for a vehicle to go see her at Thomas Dodge. More

Did not get what was promiced in signed contract. The sales person was very friendly and worked with me to get a fair deal. The signed deal included window tinting which I would pay $100 for. When I came to pick up the car on the designated date I found out they had not gotten the window tinting done. They said I could come back in two days and they could get it done. Had they called I would have waited to get the car when finished. No one called. I was not going to drive back again and re do my plans. They offered to refund my $100. The problem is it is going to cost me $225 to have it done in my home town. So I am out the extra $. Not good customer service. I have not received the $100 check as of today.. More
