After going to several dealerships and getting the usual run around, I contacted Jake and Thomas Dodge. He immediately cut through the red tape, and sent me several additional pictures of the car I was interested in. When I went in to finalize the purchase, I was still a bit leary, because so many dealerships try to add on extra fees when you get in the store. This wasn’t the case, and I was out the door in roughly 1 hour with the exact price that we discussed previously. Tim, the finance manager, was also very professional, and was not pushy in the least. This time I brought my son. He was looking for something very specific {used} and fortunately there was a vehicle that fit his criteria. He liked it and Thomas' staff went as far as I thought they could to help him. The deal was a very good one and they treated us like one would think (expect) a returning customer should be. I will continue to direct others to Thomas Dodge even though I myself have not had the privilege to make a purchase with them. Yet! It turns out they had received one that matched what I wanted just that day. Being right around the corner I told them I would be there in about 10 minutes. I didn't even have to walk inside. The sales agent, Ashley, was waiting for me outside with the keys. The car was so new that it was still in ship mode when I looked at it. I was in and out for $50/month less than what one of their competitors was going to charge me for a 2018. I would highly recommend buying from them. My husband and I will be back when he decides to trade his current car in as well. More
