First visit since March. Great experience, waiting room not crowded and repair completed quickly.. Nice to not have the popcorn machine working anymore! Tim McCarthy, as usual, took great care of me and my Genesis. Two things to point out. One, we both knew the warranty period was close to an end. He made sure I knew that it had and that there would Genesis. Two things to point out. One, we both knew the warranty period was close to an end. He made sure I knew that it had and that there would be a charge BEFORE performing the service. I appreciate up front candor and no surprises after-the-fact. Also, we presented him with a mystery seatbelt problem whereby the belt would periodically not release when my wife was in the passenger seat. Of course, we could not duplicate the condition on the day of service, but Tim was most helpful and patient in explaining the mechanism and offering to take on the issue if we encounter a repeat. My wife was especially appreciative of that. Despite the cecessation of the waranty coverage and the 45-minute drive I must make, I plan to return to Suntrup for all my Genesis G90 needs. Thank you. I’ve been having my car serviced here for almost 7 years and have been completely satisfied with their service. No one knows your car better than the dealer from which you purchased it. And although you may and have been completely satisfied with their service. No one knows your car better than the dealer from which you purchased it. And although you may pay a few dollars more for their service & repairs, you can rest assured that the work was done properly. And in dealing with the same service advisor makes the experience even more pleasurable. So thanks Tim for all your help! More
