Positive Sales Experience Today, I met with Jaime Reid at Phillips Toyota and I can say, I will continue to buy all my cars from him. His honesty, integrity, and willingness t Today, I met with Jaime Reid at Phillips Toyota and I can say, I will continue to buy all my cars from him. His honesty, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile sold me. Although price is always important, the salesperson along with the people that surround the dealership are of the utmost importance. Jaime researched my need (used Camry/Corolla/Altima), price, dependability, mileage. He provided my son with 4 options which we test drove. After narrowing down the vehicles, he came back with a no haggle price. TAKE NOTE DEALERSHIPS: He approached his sales manager for a 1x bottom line price and ended up lower for the same car than 4 dealerships. Never did it come out of his mouth: "If I can come up with an agreeable price, are you wiling to buy?" (WHY DO YOU THINK I CAME INTO YOUR DEALERSHIP TO BE INSULTED? NOT BY PHILLIPS) Lastly, my son mentioned that the pin stripe was cracked and fading........He offered to get it replaced at ummmmm no charge. My son had a Nissan 350Z, that he sold outright after getting trade offers from a dealership with a similar name of my salesperson. I was told to go out and find a better offer/deal, well I did. After telling the Nissan dealership that I was not interested in a new or used car, (by the way, I was not eligible for a Nissan Loyalty Discount $1000 even though I owned a 350Z) I received several follow up calls from the Nissan salesperson, asking if I Mr. Turner was enjoying his new purchase, (who's Mr. Turner? not me) Keep up the good work Nissan, you drove me to a Toyota. People looking for a car: Save yourself from the unwanted calls and solicitation. Go to Phillips Toyota where their reputation, ethics, and integrity stand ahead of other robotic sales people. Thanks Tom and Jaime, for making a recent college grad, with a new job, experience the purchase of a car from a dealership in a positive way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I look forward to future purchases at Phillips and have no problem referring friends and family to a dealership who really cares. More

Stress free buying experience Jamie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and very patiently explained in detail the various features of each vehicle. He was personable, knowledge, and easy going, a pleasure to work with. There was never any pressure during the entire experience. Once Jamie helped us meet all our criteria, we knew we had found our new Prius V. We were also pleased with the financial aspect of the sale as well. Tim explained the paperwork and kept it moving. We left satisfied and excited to take our new Prius home. More

New Car Purchase It was a pleasure to work with all of the people at Phillips Toyota. Chad Howell was my sales person and he worked with me to find the perfect car. It was a pleasure to work with all of the people at Phillips Toyota. Chad Howell was my sales person and he worked with me to find the perfect car. I never felt any pressure from Chad or anyone in the dealership. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. When the car was delivered, Chad spent along time going over all of the new things on the car. Tim Moore handled all of the paperwork on the day I picked up the car and I also enjoyed working with him. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More

Exceptional experience at Phillips Toyota We were not pressured into buying. Jim answered all our questions and followed up with us. He also knew that we needed time to make a decision. Good Buying Experience We had the intent of buying a new car and just by chance Phillips Toyota was the first dealership we stopped at. I didn't know at the time which car We had the intent of buying a new car and just by chance Phillips Toyota was the first dealership we stopped at. I didn't know at the time which car I wanted and my wife and I just wanted to look to see what was out there and find a car we really wanted. We were greeted by a salesperson, Chad Howell, who was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to us the low pressure approach Phillips takes compared to the others in the area and was he proven to be right. We were shown during our visit a 2016 Scion IM which we also test drove and I really liked this car, especially the styling. We explained to Chad that we wanted to shop around some more and he said he understood and let us walk out without all the high pressure. We visited a few more dealers down the road in the next couple days where we really got the high pressure. One dealership sales manager actually chased us out to our car as we were leaving and slapped a piece of paper on our windshield with an offer $5000 less than their original offer. My wife found this extremely insulting as did I. We went straight back to Phillips and I told Chad if he can match or beat the offer we got at the other dealer for a comparable car that he had a deal, and Phillips beat the other price. We are now proud owners of a 2016 Scion IM. The only criticism I have is it took 2 1/2 hours for the dealership to do the prep and paperwork (which seemed rather long to us). But our salesperson, Chad Howell was a great to deal with and we left feeling satisfied that we got a good deal. More
