We agreed on a price/deal on Saturday and went back Sunday to do financing, etc. Sonny was ready for us and helped move things along - we were out in 1 1/2 hours. We had the expected upsell for an extended warranty but our "no" was respected after a couple of tried. The car could have been cleaned a bit better - nothing better than driving off the lot in a perfectly cleaned "new to you" car! More

I was treated very well and was given prompt service which made me interested in looking at new Toyota. I made inquiry through the internet and Mikey Kuhn and Chad Howell invited me for a test drive of the 2016 Avalon. I was treated very well. They kept me apprised of the availability of cars without being "pushy" and they gave me a deal which I consider very fair. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Mikey went out of his way to have accessories put on the car (at my cost, of course) even days after I had made the purchase. Everyone I dealt with, including Tim Moore in Finance was just "super" to deal with. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car and at least on used car - my 2012. It was an excellent car and was always maintained by Toyota technicians. More
