Update as of Feb 2024: every experience I have had with this company has been negative. I regret becoming a customer of this dealership with every fiber of my being. None stop lies. Got to love a company who sells you a rusted out xxxx box and refuses to acknowledge the fact that they have cost you thousands within a year, and put you in a car that was in such poor conditions that it nearly cost you your life on multiple occasions just so they could have an extra $200 at the end of the month. The employees in both sales and financial have very low morals and will HAPPILY screw you over without a second thought. The ONLY saving grace this place has is Ethan. I truely hope he is able to escape this company and do better for himself. He deserves more than what this overglorified parking lot is capable of offering him. -------------------------------------------------------- Update as of December 2023: Been almost a year since I bought a car from them and it's honestly been nothing but trouble. I've spent more money repairing this xxxxing thing than I have on the car itself. The underbelly was completely rusted out, the tires weren't the correct size, the brake pads were so old they shreaded on me on the highway, resulting in my back axel getting damage and forcing me to spend $1,400 3 weeks before Christmas. If I could go back in time, I would have never trusted these people, and would have probably been better off buying some xxx off Craigslist. First experience buying a car was the worst experience. I hope I save someone the time and money with this review. This car has been an absolute nightmare to own, and if I didn't still owe $12,000, I'd set the xxxxing thing on fire in a ditch for the amount of problems it's caused me the last 10/11 months. xxxx this place. xxxx this car. And xxxx the dealer who pulled a fast one on someone who was going through cancer and chemo. Nothing but con artists who care more about lining their pockets than the lives that are driving cars out of their lot. More

Rarely returns texts/calls and when he did, minimal communication. No follow-up at all post sale. None! John Cotter never returned emails nor phone calls/voice mails. No communication from management except a canned emailed after sale requesting "How I was enjoying the vehicle?" when the vehicle had not even been delivered yet. Finance was finance but no communication to acknowledge receipt of FedEx documents financing papers. I have yet to receive anything regarding the extended warranty that i purchased. Horrible communication from all parts of the dealership. More
