Some dealerships I never even made it to the test drive portion because the salesman was so terrible at his job. Tim knows his cars in and out. He was not pressuring me to buy anything and waited for me to get back to him on my decision. He even let me come back a second time for another test drive just so I could verify my choice. I would highly recommend including North Penn Volkswagen in your next vehicle search. More

My mother and father-in-law purchased several vehicles from North Penn over the years and recommended their sales professional, Tim Notarianni. Tim wasn't working on our initial visit to the store and Bill Kurz provided us with exceptional service before eventually connecting us with Tim. We test drove a couple of vehicles and my son really loved a 2013 Passat with 51,000 miles. We returned a couple of days later, after discussing the details of the price/warranty/financing with Tim, and Jason in finance, to close the deal. Tim had everything lined up for us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jason went over all of the financing details and answered all questions without any pressure or "shady" tactics. The ENTIRE experience at North Penn was excellent and we plan on using them for all of our future auto needs. More

Honest dealership with excellent service Tim was excellent! I called him three days ago after an awful experience with another VW dealer in the leahig Vally. I asked about a vehicle that wa Tim was excellent! I called him three days ago after an awful experience with another VW dealer in the leahig Vally. I asked about a vehicle that was listed on their site and he indicated that the vehicle had just sold about an hour earlier, however he also informed me that a similar car was en-route to North Penn VW. Tim took my information down and promised to call once the car arrived. Two days later I got a call, the car was there and so was I within a couple of hours. The vehicle was the same price as I had been offered at the previous dealer I was working with but the car Tim presented was a trim level higher. We got a vehicle with more features at the same price. We also worked with Jason H who helped us navigate the financing and thoroughly explained all options. Today we took delivery of a 2019 Atlas for my wife knowing that we will return when I'm ready for my vehicle in a year or less. North Penn VW truly exuded a culture of service through Tim and Jason and we could not be happier. I highly recommed North Penn VW. More
