As the doors were closing, I was driving out with my new Jetta - last car sold by the dealership in 2014. I'm sure everyone was anxious to get home to celebrate, but everyone took their time to make sure I understood everything from car details to the financing. My special thanks to Tim Notarianni, who has now sold me four VWs - a Jetta, Passat, CC and now another Jetta. Friendly and Helpful - an Ideal experience I had been searching for a reasonably priced used vehicle for 2 weeks after my old car died. I went from dealership to dealership finding unknowledgea I had been searching for a reasonably priced used vehicle for 2 weeks after my old car died. I went from dealership to dealership finding unknowledgeable or aggressive salespeople. I was not previously interested in a VW but I saw an ad online for one of their cars and ended up stopping in. The salesmen were very helpful and seemed to work as a team rather than against each other. It was a very comfortable experience and the car was in great shape for my price point. I bought the vehicle and I couldn't be happier with it so far. Only negative was one of my tire valve caps was missing but that was easily replaced. All and all I highly recommend this dealership if you want a great car buying experience. More

Because of this existing environment, it comes as a complete, and welcome, shock to the system when you deal with North Penn. We had previously dealt with North Penn's Service department and knew they were courteous, professional, and highly-competent (Erin Trotter). Now, having just purchased a care from North Penn, we learned the Sales and Finance departments are equally professional and engaging. Our salesman, Tim Notarianni, was the most knowledge person we'd ever met when it came to all things Volkswagen. He is a a low-key and no-pressure person who has a passion for his profession. In general, we give our highest recommendation to the entire North Penn VW experience. More

Best dealership experience ever. I have had a lot of typical "frustrations" with other dealers, patronising/pushy/ attitude etc. After checking on a new car price (we never considered I have had a lot of typical "frustrations" with other dealers, patronising/pushy/ attitude etc. After checking on a new car price (we never considered a new car) through USAA, North Penn came up very competively. I rang them and Tim answered. Immediately he was friendly and very knowledgable answering quite obtuse questions. My wife and I reluctantly shleped across form NJ having just visited a few other dealers and she was in no mood to be going to another one. When we arrived Tim had everything in hand and even though now late in the evening was calm and spent a lot of time trying out 2 different Jetta wagons and answering my Wifes queries. We left without any pressure from him. He kept us informed and even though we did go to 2 other dealers closer they were no where near overall such a good experience. The other dealers promised to match the deal from North Penn but ultimately couldn't and quite frankly even had they been better by a few $100 we would have still driven the extra distance to give North Penn our business. I had to leave for a trip when my wife picked up the car, and again Tim couldn't have been more helpful taking my wife through it slowly and methodically. The whole experience from the quality of the facility/staff/coffee/backup etc etc was top notch and so I heartly recommend North Penn and Tim Notarianni. Thanks. More

This dealership is awesome! The people we dealt with (Derek, Tim, and Jeff) were all great. They were all very friendly and at no point were we pressured in making a decision with the purchase of our n (Derek, Tim, and Jeff) were all great. They were all very friendly and at no point were we pressured in making a decision with the purchase of our new, slightly used, Jetta.
