None of our experiences have compared to the ease and professionalism of our time with North Penn VW. From day one, working with Tim Notarianni was fantastic. He is knowledgeable and friendly, provides helpful information and truly cares about helping you find exactly what you want. After our initial visit, we emailed to see if we could see a Beetle with a sunroof. When we arrived, it was out front, air conditioning on and Tim was waiting to help with any additional tweaks and modifications. The car I wanted wasn't on the lot and I had already sold my car, so he ordered it in. Not only did they get my car in a day earlier than they promised but it was ready and waiting prior to our scheduled appointment time. Jason Hartman was helpful in reviewing the paperwork and helped finalize our pricing and additional options for coverage. Tim spent additional time after we finalized our paperwork, reviewing the technical components in the interior. He went as far as hand detailing parts of the car before we drove away to make sure it was in perfect condition. We are so happy with our experience that when my husband's lease is up in September, we will be heading back for a second new VW. More
