This was by far the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. Shawn and John in the internet department found me a car I wanted that wasn't on their lot, and kept me in the loop with clear communication the whole time. Tim was extremely friendly and informational once the car was confirmed and on their lot. Jason made the paperwork smooth and easy, much different from the standard finance employee you meet at a dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and will return for our next VW even though we have another VW dealership less than a mile from my house. More
