Once it arrived I was there to see it that day. After it was certified, inspected and detailed I went back to test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Everyone was very easy to work with and knew what they were talking about. Communication was frequent through all parts of the sale and I have had no issues since. More

On our way to the other dealer we passed NP VW. Stopped there first. Never got to the other dealer. The Passat was just what we were looking for. Tim Notarianni listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in explaining all the new equipment that are in today's cars since we never had a keyless car. Jason Hartman was also very helpful with the financing. Was dreading having to get a new car but Tim and Jason made our experience a pleasure. More

He's super cheery and it feels more like he is your friend than your salesman. Jason was also great to work with and super friendly. Everyone at this dealership is helpful and not pushy at all because we all know how nerve-wracking it can be to purchase a car. They both made my experience stress free and relaxing. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car. Oh, and I went to a lot of dealers that day who's cars were dirty and gross, but when I went to North Penn, every single car I test drove was immaculate. You can tell that they definitely take pride in what they do. More

He is honest and everything you want for your car salesman. You know you're getting the best deal because he has done his homework. I came in with a lot of information drawn from on-line websites, Tim's ability to put forth a fair and honest deal was obvious to me. I thought I was well informed coming in, but Tim proved he could enhance much further the information I had, he quoted me prices that could not be beat, and made it clear that he stood behind everything he said. He is a major asset to North Penn's dealership. Jason Hartman handled my extended warranty and did a great job. He was patient with my many questions and had specific, exact answers for me. He saw to it that I got the best warranty and best price possible for my needs, and when I called him to ask another question, he responded immediately. You don't often see that.
