I came in with a lot of information drawn from on-line websites, Tim's ability to put forth a fair and honest deal was obvious to me. I thought I was well informed coming in, but Tim proved he could enhance much further the information I had, he quoted me prices that could not be beat, and made it clear that he stood behind everything he said. He is a major asset to North Penn's dealership. Jason Hartman handled my extended warranty and did a great job. He was patient with my many questions and had specific, exact answers for me. He saw to it that I got the best warranty and best price possible for my needs, and when I called him to ask another question, he responded immediately. You don't often see that. This Day 3/9/17 was a huge day for me and not necessarily a good one. Then I arrived at North Penn VW and the guys were very nice and kind of laid back. Being a VW enthusiast I know they sell themselves :) When I walked in I was greeted by John who immediately directed me to have a seat that he would get Tim. Tim was my phone guy. We were in communication for a few days. I told him all what was happening and He took control. I believe it was 4 days and it was all done. I live an hour from this dealer and I am very glad I made the drive. Finally the financially part. Justin was very straight forward with me and explained everything to me.
