My wife called Tim at around 5:30 on a Thursday evening, made an appointment for 7:00 - Tim had the car warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived at 7:00. By 7:45, we had agreed on a price (with Jeff's help), put a deposit down and had an appointment for a Friday delivery. Our appointment with Jason H started on time, he walked us through everything had us in and out very quickly - no pressure at all. Its how car shopping should be. Tracy in the service department is on top my car needs and I have always had great experience dealing with the service department. My salesman has been Tim on all my cars. Guy goes above and beyond to make you comfortable with your purchase. I have bought 5 cars from him and will continue to do so! Jason in the finance department had me in and out of his office in a short time. He coved all material needed for my current purchase. Overall I am happy to deal with North Penn VW and will continue to do so. Drove home today in a 2017 Tiguan. Fantastic! More
