My wife called Tim at around 5:30 on a Thursday evening, made an appointment for 7:00 - Tim had the car warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived at 7:00. By 7:45, we had agreed on a price (with Jeff's help), put a deposit down and had an appointment for a Friday delivery. Our appointment with Jason H started on time, he walked us through everything had us in and out very quickly - no pressure at all. Its how car shopping should be.
