Tim immediately responded back telling me he could get me into something new for far less. I told him exactly what I wanted, and popped into the showroom on 10/11 to see if it was do-able. It was, by Tuesday I had a brand new 2015 Golf TSI which I am in LOVE with. Tim has always been my go-to at North Penn, is very down to earth and professional. The paperwork process went very smooth thanks to Jason H. He did a great job explaining all my options as far as warranties and protections. I especially liked his office decor. My experience was excellent all around. Even after the purchase, I hit a minor snag that Tim was able to correct right away. These guys are the best and I can't say enough good things about them. Tim was the sales person I worked with for my first purchase(was reffered to him by a trusted friend) and that went so well it was an obvious choice to work with him again. He truly made sure I got the best deal within my budget. Tim had the car prepped for my take away in less than 24 hours. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork and to be presented with options for extended warranty, wheel & tire plans, etc. Jason H. was there to sort me out with a no pressure approach to offering these options. Every time I've done business with NPVW, from purchases to service, I've always been met with a very friendly and honest staff. Whenever the time comes that I have to purchase another vehicle, NPVW will get my business. More

Luckily for me we ran into Tim @ the dealership and he was able to put her into a Brand Spankin New Jetta for around the same price as a used car. The experience was great and the people at NPVW were great and easy to work with. Glad we decided to give them a try and now we have a Shiny New Car for her to worry about. Gives me a lil leeway so it's all good. Thanks North Penn Imports!!! More

Car Buying Made Enjoyable This dealership combines personable, knowledgeable staff with competitive pricing. For many years we have traveled out-of-state to find quality cars This dealership combines personable, knowledgeable staff with competitive pricing. For many years we have traveled out-of-state to find quality cars at great prices. That sometimes meant having to tolerate impersonal dealerships with poorly trained sales reps running between us and the sales manager to negotiate prices and terms. At North Penn, we found the car we wanted at a competitive price without added charges for "administrative fees." Tim Notarianni is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and works with you to get the car and deal you want. Jason Hartman handled the paperwork professional and personably, and presented options in a helpful, not heavy-handed, way. More

Kia, Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, Subaru, and our last stop at VW, we left no stone unturned. Hands down the VW salesman spent the most time with us, answered all of our questions, and allowed us drive various Jettas until we decided on the one that was right for our family. Finance was spelled out and explained to our satisfaction. We are repeat customers. Purchased a VW Jetta back in 2010, but this time we had an even better experience! More

No hassle, dirty games or those annoying phone calls. I have visited 3 other dealerships prior to this one, and none of their associates gave me that feeling of professionalism and complete product knowledge. Tim ended up being just the right person. His product knowledge is beyond expectations. And what's important... he was very patient with us. Special thanks to Jason, who finalized our deal not loosing his good attitude, even though it was way past the normal business hours. More
