I shopped at a number of VW and Honda dealers lo I recently was in the market for a certified pre-owned Jetta for my daughter who recently turned 16. I shopped at a number of VW and Honda dealers looking for a car. I stopped in at North Penn VW to look at their Jetta inventory, and I was greeted and helped by Tim Notarianni. Tim was awesome to deal with and he provided me with a ton of information on the pre-owned program. He showed me a few options, none of which we were interested in. He indicated there was a Jetta being service and would be available for sale later in the week. It sounded like the exact car my daughter was interested in. Tim called me later in the week to indicate that he did not want to sell me the car for my daughter. He felt it was not in the appropriate condition for him to sell to me. However, he did find an alternative and I went back to look at that. To my surprise, the alternative was awesome, a much better option than our original, and the price was exactly where we wanted to be. In the end, Tim's integrity and honesty sold us on North Penn and him as a salesman. He was extremely helpful, very open and honest, and able to deliver for us. I look forward to a long relationship with North Penn. More

Second time there was as good as the first I bought a car 9 years ago went back and it was just as good as the first time.
