Tim immediately responded back telling me he could get me into something new for far less. I told him exactly what I wanted, and popped into the showroom on 10/11 to see if it was do-able. It was, by Tuesday I had a brand new 2015 Golf TSI which I am in LOVE with. Tim has always been my go-to at North Penn, is very down to earth and professional. The paperwork process went very smooth thanks to Jason H. He did a great job explaining all my options as far as warranties and protections. I especially liked his office decor. My experience was excellent all around. Even after the purchase, I hit a minor snag that Tim was able to correct right away. These guys are the best and I can't say enough good things about them. Tim was the sales person I worked with for my first purchase(was reffered to him by a trusted friend) and that went so well it was an obvious choice to work with him again. He truly made sure I got the best deal within my budget. Tim had the car prepped for my take away in less than 24 hours. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork and to be presented with options for extended warranty, wheel & tire plans, etc. Jason H. was there to sort me out with a no pressure approach to offering these options. Every time I've done business with NPVW, from purchases to service, I've always been met with a very friendly and honest staff. Whenever the time comes that I have to purchase another vehicle, NPVW will get my business. More

Over the Labor Day weekend the Wife and I went looking for her new used car, the car she had was a lil older with some fading but all and all not horr Over the Labor Day weekend the Wife and I went looking for her new used car, the car she had was a lil older with some fading but all and all not horrible but me being the great husband I am wanted to get her something newer. Luckily for me we ran into Tim @ the dealership and he was able to put her into a Brand Spankin New Jetta for around the same price as a used car. The experience was great and the people at NPVW were great and easy to work with. Glad we decided to give them a try and now we have a Shiny New Car for her to worry about.
