He asked what we are looking for and told him about this Dodge Ram. He immediately was focused on us and what we needed. He was so pleasant and professional. He made us feel at ease and relaxed. We test drive the truck and was very pleased with it. We were introduced to the rest of the team and we are glad to say that our experience was very pleasant and informative. My VW had just blown an engine and I was struggling to find a car in my price range. Jacob (who has worked with my mother for her car) introduced us to Meraj to show us a few cars in our range. His recommendations were right on point and after test driving, I went with a certified Corolla. After that, I had a chance to sit down with Tim and he was more than accommodating to my financial needs. Talking with Sherri in finance about warranties was also a pleasure, and we even got a chance to talk sports too! Buying a car is stressful, and everyone top to bottom within this dealership has earned my recommendation. More

Everytime I have ever come here even just for maintenance they have treated me like family and everyone is so helpful! Everyone made the whole experience so easy! We came in with a little bit of a complicated situation (on our end) and everyone was so patient and helpful! They gave us more than a fair price for the cars we were trading in, and an amazing deal on the the car we were purchasing. They really went above and beyond! This is the second car I've gotten from Toyota of Naperville and it won't be the last! I'm never disappointed with the service or prices, and I always leave happy! This last experience was just so amazing and I'm so grateful for all the people here! I honestly could not have been happier! Justin Buck, and Bill Cranley were the sales guys that took care of us!
