Also, I can't say enough about how the whole team (Dwight Nash, Tim O'Connell, Gary Jaros) really rallied around me to address any and all concerns. Tim fought with finance on my behalf to get my payments where I needed them. Dwight rolled out the red carpet and showed me what services and add-on's they could offer. And Gary... I can't say enough about Gary. That's my guy forever. Helped me out with making the extended warrantee fit into my budget, gave me free gap insurance, and got my rate reduced! And all of this after I agreed to sign! They didn't have to do any of that! One word for this: INTEGRITY. UPDATE: I saw Alain Vilma in passing outside of the dealership a week after buying the vehicle and he kindly reminded me to come back for a few free services... Seriously, who does that?! That kind of integrity is just difficult to come by. More
