He was quick and efficient with our time, had excellent knowledge of the vehicles and services, and most importantly wanted to make sure we were happy! Naperville Toyota was our first stop of the day and we loved the 2015 Sienna we saw, later on we went Joliet and checked out some of the other dealerships there including the Joliet Toyota... All I can say is as soon as we stepped foot into the Joliet Toyota lot we knew our car was waiting for us back in Naperville. There was nothing special there and to be honest the place looked depressing. The salesman there also kept reminding us that they don't work on commission, which is great, but he repeated this about 7 times which made us feel like the sale overall meant nothing to him. Also the cars though brand new seemed worn and dusty. After about 20 min we rushed back to Toyota of Naperville where Jocob B. took car of everything! Once we got to financing Tim O. sealed the deal, both literally and figuratively. His was also quick but still very informative. He's also an easy person to talk which made everything that much better. The entire process of car buying took us about 2.5 hours which isn't bad at all! When we drove off the lot in our new car we noticed a scratch on one of the compartmments so we returned to the dealership and although they were technically closed Suha O. came out to see what our issue was. He gave us his business card and assused us that when we come back he will make sure that the compartment will be replaced. If that isn't awesome service I don't know what is! More

I had also been gathering information on the Honda CR-V and after my second visit back to Toyota, and meeting again with Tom, I felt very confident that I was making the correct choice and love the Rav4. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is buying or leasing a Toyota. He was one of the very best in sales I have encountered, was most pleasant, and so willing to answer phone calls, questions and so happy to have him as my salesperson. I especially liked that there was no pressure whatsoever, just excellent information and knowledge, patient explaining. More

Pleasant buying experience with Meraj Ahmed In the beginning of January 2015 me and my wife went to local Honda dealership to get opinion about Honda Odyssey ( second child was on the way and In the beginning of January 2015 me and my wife went to local Honda dealership to get opinion about Honda Odyssey ( second child was on the way and we were looking for a minivan). Sales person in Honda dealership was simply lost with basic questions. Then we went to Toyota of Naperville .We met very nice sales person Meraj Ahmed.He was very polite and courteous (not annoying and not a pusher).Any question we asked he had answers on the spot.All staff was really nice.Usually a car buying is a headache. Well ,not this time !!! More
