He was the only sales agent to attempt sel Tom Clancy, two years ago, approached while I was looking at a Camry in the Toyota of Naperville showroom. He was the only sales agent to attempt selling a car to me, which I declined. He asked me if he can call me every now and then to check if I have changed my mind, which I agreed. Since then, he called me every 3 or 6 months even though I always said no to his offer. Finally, yesterday, I drove home a Corolla S Plus which I bought through him after a lengthy and patient negotiation. Tom's dedication to me as his customer is one for the books. I will copy his model in doing my business. It is a testimony to the corporate culture that Toyota of Naperville stands for. More
