Sales person in Honda dealership was simply lost with basic questions. Then we went to Toyota of Naperville .We met very nice sales person Meraj Ahmed.He was very polite and courteous (not annoying and not a pusher).Any question we asked he had answers on the spot.All staff was really nice.Usually a car buying is a headache. One for the books Tom Clancy, two years ago, approached while I was looking at a Camry in the Toyota of Naperville showroom. He was the only sales agent to attempt sel Tom Clancy, two years ago, approached while I was looking at a Camry in the Toyota of Naperville showroom. He was the only sales agent to attempt selling a car to me, which I declined. He asked me if he can call me every now and then to check if I have changed my mind, which I agreed. Since then, he called me every 3 or 6 months even though I always said no to his offer. Finally, yesterday, I drove home a Corolla S Plus which I bought through him after a lengthy and patient negotiation. Tom's dedication to me as his customer is one for the books. I will copy his model in doing my business. It is a testimony to the corporate culture that Toyota of Naperville stands for. More
