The entire transaction was handled professionally throughout and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. It is a bonus that there is a nice waiting area where our children were entertained by a kid-friendly TV, computers and free wi-fi for their devices. It was also nice to have coffee and water available to us during the process. We have worked with Tim O'Connell in the past and have had a great experience as well.
