Was told that vehicle would be finished by noon the next day. Received no call. When I called at 1:00, I was told it would be 4:00 or 5:00. We live 45 miles away. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know that the part had arrived late, so that I wouldn't have had to wait around all morning for no reason. More

Tim got me in for a mechanical repair on short notice, and out again very quickly. This was important because I was in town for only that day and had to have the truck. I understand how busy everybody is at Long MacArthur but they still get the job done properly. They still have the time to listen to all concerns and handle them professionally. I felt very comfortable buying a car (not usually the case for me) and have had a follow up phone call to make sure I was still happy. Probably the best experience I have had. More

I think they should wash your car they use to do that service we do drive 80 miles to get the oil change and bought the car there.
