On the day of delivering my car Massimo Pulivirent assisted me in learning about all the options in the vehicle. This is the second truck that I bought from Larson Ford....Bobby Barranger, the sales person, did a real nice job being patient and understanding with This is the second truck that I bought from Larson Ford....Bobby Barranger, the sales person, did a real nice job being patient and understanding with regard to our purchase. I was indecisive about a certain F150 and he clarified everything for me. He was very informative about the truck I was going to buy. Big John was very helpful also with the final paperwork, and surprised us with the financing coming down in interest rate . It's nice dealing with a dealership that doesn't force you to do or buy a vehicle. There were no "hidden fees" to be surprised about in the end. They are up front and honest. I'm again very happy !! More

I will never return and will continue to warn friends and the community about this dealership and the lack of quality and care they provided. This was the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. They treat repeat customers like nothing. The owner was on premises and didn’t bother to acknowledge me and the terrible issue I was having. Disgusted. More
