During the process of purchasing a new Mustang Mach E there were a lot of questions. Right from the start after the initial order I was connected with Jake and immediately received an email introducing h there were a lot of questions. There were a lot of unknowns being that the whole process was new and with the pandemic and microchip shortage there were many questions. Jake, Jeff and Tim all went out of their way to answer any questions I had and ensure my satisfaction. Nikki was great and explained the vehicle protection packages and Chad was great with the financial side of things. It was great working with them and everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful.
