During the process of purchasing a new Mustang Mach E there were a lot of questions. There were a lot of unknowns being that the whole process was new and with the pandemic and microchip shortage there were many questions. Jake, Jeff and Tim all went out of their way to answer any questions I had and ensure my satisfaction.
