Fantastic team!! Wouldn't buy my cars any where else!! Andy Miller is the most patient salesman around, and as nice as he is patient. The entire team at Dean Team is awesome to work with. Worked Wonders For Me I walked in looking to trade up to an SUV. The hard part... I had a sizable chunk of negative equity. Timmy ran me through my trade value, and stayed in contact with me for over a week, looking for options amongst all Dean Team lots. We finally found a Sante Fe Sport that fit everything I needed and fit my budget. They even took the time to explain how the negative equity affects my trade and loan situation. Mind Blown First of all..... I’m not even sure where to begin ... I was BLOWN AWAY.... from the moment I met with Frank..... being a single mother and not to exp First of all..... I was BLOWN AWAY.... from the moment I met with Frank..... being a single mother and not to experienced in the car purchasing field he held my hand every step of the way. He was very caring and compassionate making sure I understood everything from the financing to the car itself. I will forever be grateful for Francis Povis. Richard in the finance department was informative as well. Francis just went above and beyond and even Tim Riley the general manager even greeted me with a smile. This was just a crazy good experience after hearing so many horror stories from car buyers. JJ from the used car department also helped a ton. I will send family and friends to this dealership ! Santa Fe car buying experience Reed was very knowledgeable about the inventory and different aspects of the car. We saw the car on the internet and went to the dealership to test d Reed was very knowledgeable about the inventory and different aspects of the car. We saw the car on the internet and went to the dealership to test drive it. The car had a third row of seats, which most do not have. Another salesperson had loaned it out to his brother. The car was loaded with dog hair, which was difficult to get out. The dog hair was on every seat, floor boards, and the cargo area. I'm not sure why the car was advertised, then loaned out, and then not cleaned up. This was not Reed's fault and so a week later we came back to get the car. Everything looked great at that time. Also Andy did not give Reed a message that we had called and wanted a return call. I was disappointed that when I had called the owner of the dealership during the week, and asked to speak with him, I never got a return call. Maybe I did not get a return call because I'm a woman calling to complain. Also we had to purchase an extra key because the car only came with one key. The parts department tried charging us for a hazardous waste disposal. Reed straightened that out also. There are a lot of loose ends at the dealership. This was our first experience with Dean Hyundai and we bought the car because it was what we wanted. It was a plus that Reed was our salesperson. I would recommend him to anyone, I'm not as impressed with the other aspects of Dean Team Experience. More

First time ever new car! I highly recommend this dealership, they made the buying of a new car super easy. They even found me a better interest rate. Ben French made sure that I highly recommend this dealership, they made the buying of a new car super easy. They even found me a better interest rate. Ben French made sure that my phone was synched to the car and I understood all the bells and whistles. I so appreciated him taking the time. He even went as far as to try to have birthday balloons on my car but the wind kept blowing them off. Yes it was my birthday. More
