When I wasn't thrilled with the car I initially thought I wanted, A.R. listened to my concerns and re-directed me to another model that fit me better. I'm very happy he allowed me to realize another car was a better fit! When we got into the details of the transaction, A.R. was honest and straightforward. The car was delivered from a dealership in Tennessee on May 29 ! Ben's knowledge of the product, his thorough search for a model with the equipment we chose (within a 250 mile radius), and his engaging and helpful mien and careful attention to detail - both with the customers and the transaction - made this a truly enjoyable (and entertaining) experience. We appreciate his assistance more than these few words can express. Well it is down to those smooth talkin sales guys Tom Facetti,Andy Miller and Adam Novick they make it very hard to say no!!! If you want a GREAT product and honest service try these guys,we have bought 10 Hyundias since 1996 from the dean team. God bless em!!! More
