Each member seem to be genuinely concerned that we were being taken care of and offering us a cold bottle of water even if we were working with another sales person. Even the receptionist was willing to have a conversation with my wife about whatever, they seem to enjoy what they were talking about, and offering us a peppermint when we entered the dealership. Couldn't Be Better! I won't go into a lot of detail, but suffice it to say that buying a car here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted a certain c I won't go into a lot of detail, but suffice it to say that buying a car here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted a certain car and I had my price. Tim gave me the Kelly Blue Book value for my car and and showed me the total cost, which was right where I wanted to be. I was sure that I was going to buy the car, but I wanted an extra day before I did it. There was absolutely no hard sell from Tim or Peter and they did not try to give me any story about why I had to buy it right away. I came back the next day and bought the car. Because I was paying cash and needed to transfer some money, I expected to have to wait a couple of days to get the car, but I drove it home and brought the money two days later. I can think of nothing negative about anything that transpired. Tim and Peter were great, as was the gentleman in finance, whose name does not appear below. An easy 5 stars! More
