Outstanding Experience! We began looking for a new "used" car a few months ago. We happened upon a 2017 Genesis G80 Sport at the Certified Benz & Beemer dealership in Scotts We began looking for a new "used" car a few months ago. We happened upon a 2017 Genesis G80 Sport at the Certified Benz & Beemer dealership in Scottsdale and I made call. I spoke with Tim Smith at the dealership and he did an outstand job of helping see the details of the car. Our problem was that we live in Utah and had found the car online. Tim took extensive video of the car and sent it to us and we were able to see every inch of the car - both inside and out via video. We flew from Utah to Scottsdale and purchased the car. My wife and I were amazing with not only the assistance of the sales associate but also the dealership itself. Not only will we encourage our friends and associates to consider Certified Benz & Beemer for their next car purchase, we anticipate buying all our future vehicles there. Took over 2 1/2 hrs for just and oil change that was scheduled. Limited check in to inform me that it’s taking longer than usual. Math was incorrect using your coupon but was fixed.
