So i was suppose to meet today with peter zorzy and instead this man came to talk with my father and i. Not only was he rude and condescending. They sold my 81 year old father 2 cars in less then 2 we instead this man came to talk with my father and i. Not only was he rude and condescending. They sold my 81 year old father 2 cars in less then 2 weeks commited auto fraud elder abuse and everything else you can think of. Sold my father a used car that died in 2 days Shame on you. Can you believe what this man told me. well we cant discriminate on older people if he wants to but a car we will sell it and i guess that includes cars that dont work. Ritik Khanna shame on you to sell my father a lemon this car the transmission died after 2 days your a horrible human being and Alexander J amato your a horrible human being to even sell my father a brand new 2024 car shame on you Lenny the loan person i dont know how in the world you were all able to approve him for over $60,000 loan when he lives on a fixed income of only social security. Don’t ever walk into this place they scammed by 80 year old father committed auto fraud sold him a lemon a car that after 2 days stopped working and then somehow got him to purchase a new 2024 car. No one has returned my call they completely scammed my father it’s disgusting and believe me this is not over. Someone better call me back soon left my number can’t get a manager by the name of Tim was told he was on vacation then was told he left early because he was not feeling well. It’s terrible that I am being ignored and my father has been taken advantage of. it’s disgusting what the dealership did. The first used car they sold him had him drive with an engine that after 2 days stopped working took it back and instead they somehow convinced him to purchase a new 2024’car. So. Now my 80 year old dad owns 2 cars are you kidding right now??? Disgusting & Shame on you. More

My service advisor was Jonathan Roque located at Hyundai service center in West Islip, NY. I brought my Palisade in on Saturday morning, 9/23/23, for a 30k mile maintenance, a windshield wiper recall, a pos service center in West Islip, NY. I brought my Palisade in on Saturday morning, 9/23/23, for a 30k mile maintenance, a windshield wiper recall, a possible electrical issue with child safety locks signal appearing on and off and the door locks randomly locking and unlocking on top of the vehicle smelling like mold and hearing a swooshing sound when I drove. Jonathan wrote “10%” on my printed out invoice to discount the 30k mile service charge of over $600 after I asked about any discounts available. I was greatly appreciative. I asked Jonathan to keep me updated as to the status and when I can pick up the vehicle. By 6pm I still didn’t hear from Jonathan. I called the number and was told that the service center closed at 4pm. There would be no way to access my vehicle because the service center was closed. They are also closed on Sunday. I asked if I could speak to someone in sales to access the area to retrieve my vehicle and was told that they did not have access to the service departments keys. I did not have access to my vehicle nor any communication regarding the status of it for Saturday 9/23 and Sunday 9/24. By Monday, 9/25, after Ubering to my responsibilities, I still did not hear from anyone. I walked into the service center and spoke directly to the manager Tim Turnbell. Tim was extremely professional and understanding. I was informed that Jonathan was off on Monday’s hence why I never heard from him. Tim contacted Jonathan and Jonathan informed him that he called me on Saturday which he in fact did not. I even offered to show Tim my call log for the entire weekend. Tim allowed me to borrow a loaner vehicle because my truck wasn’t repaired yet with what they found. Tim also was kind enough to credit the labor hours that was not covered under my new vehicle bumper to bumper warrantee from the labor put into the issue. I received a phone call from Jonathan that my truck was ready to be picked up on Tuesday, 9/26/23. I came to the service center in West Islip. Another man handed me my invoice while Jonathan was behind his desk and brought me to the check out area. He explained the charges and the invoice. The 10% off discount that Jonathan Roque initially hand wrote was gone. The man who explained my invoice knew “nothing about the 10% discount.” He went back to Jonathan’s desk and magically it reappeared. Jonathan Roque was extremely unprofessional and failed to communicate to his customer. He also was deceitful. Hyundai of West Islip really needs to evaluate the character of individuals that they hire. I will not be returning. More

I brought my car in for oil change and recall on Aug 6 @ 8am. I had to leave it and was told car should be ready around 2pm. I heard nothing so I called my service advisor, Christopher Kearney at 2:58pm. 8am. I had to leave it and was told car should be ready around 2pm. I heard nothing so I called my service advisor, Christopher Kearney at 2:58pm. Spoke with someone who advised he was unavailable and would call me back. At 4:10 I called back as I never hear from him. I left a voicemail message. At 4:57 I called again and left another message. I arrived at the dealership at about 5:45 to find the service department was closed. We went to the Toyota dealer next door and they were able to bring my car to us. I was told that someone would call me to offer a voucher for detailing my car but never received a call. I emailed the service mgr, Tim Turnbull who responded that he would call me to discuss my service experience. Waited 2 days with no response so emailed the General Mgr, Peter Szorze (?) and thought he would be interested to know about my poor service experience and no response from him either. This is my 3rd car with this dealership and most likely my last. I have given ample time for management to respond to the fact that they had my car for over 9 hours with no correspondence. I never received a survey after my service - I wonder why..... More

My 2008 Hyundai Veracruz was a month and half out of its original warranty and with the help of service advisors Jonathan Roque and John Grasso the defect was resolved.
