The staff was amazing and I got a good deal on my vehicle. I went to over 20 dealerships before making my purchase and Lou Sobh definitely had the best customer service. There were a few issues though which is why I didn't give a 5 star rating. The truck I bought had 2 issues that I requested getting fixed before agreeing to sign off on buying the truck. They were not fixed and so I ended up needing to spend my own money to get them corrected. I found out later that they couldn't be solved at the dealership and I would need to solve them on my own no matter what. Had I known they weren't/couldn't be fixed before buying the vehicle I never would have signed the paperwork until they were. Also they didn't run an emission test on the vehicle, so I needed to bring it back to the dealership before I was able to get the car registered. This wasn't 100% their fault because I came from out of state and needed to get a GA license anyway. This wasn't that big a deal, but coupled with the unresolved issues it does affect why impression of the dealership. Overall I would recommend them. There is no question they are very caring and supportive staff, with great prices. More

Honestly I would drive the 70 miles one way again just to work with Robert Wilkes.
