We discussed the model I was interested in and she presented me with 2 options to test drive. The environment was just very relaxed. I never felt pressured or rushed. Becky was extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns and questions regarding the vehicles, financing and protection coverage for the vehicle. It took me 6 hours to decide what I actually wanted because I hadn't planned on doing anything more than test driving and getting some detailed info. But ultimately, I couldn't take my eyes off the carbon edition on the showroom floor. So I test drove an identical model and ended driving off with the one on the showroom after it was detailed. I love the fact that I wanted the car on the showroom floor and left with it. This car didn't have a smudge nor fingerprint on the exterior or interior. It was such a pleasure to do business in a professional environment. I was offered refreshments during the entire process. I'm frugal but I left extremely happy and proud to have made a purchase that has been at least 20 years past due. I finally have a car that I simply love and am proud to drive with peace of mind thanks to awesome protection and service coverage I purchased as well. I can't thank Becky and Tim enough for helping me make a very smart and thorough decision in selecting a vehicle and protective coverage that are perfect and just right for me. Honestly, I've never had as an amazing experience as this one. More

I must accept that this was certainly one of my best car purchasing experience from a long time especially right now at today’s market. The car salesman Mr. O’Brien was patient enough to not only educate me about the pros and cons of the car. He was also very helpful knowledgeable in answering every question I had. I am sure he went out of his way to deliver my car to my house.
