This is the first time in all my years of buying cars I have been greeted at the door by a manager! Tim Warner met me at the door and immediately set himself to making me feel welcome. Within two minutes of walking into the dealership, I knew where the restroom; snacks; beverages; and most importantly, my new truck was. My salesperson, Bo Rivera, was outside tending to a final pre-delivery inspection of my truck. He carefully noted any issues with the paint’s finish so they would be reflected on the “We Owe” document included with deal paperwork. [There minor scratches on the tailgate upon receipt. This was a dealer trade from another dealership in the area.] He also secured approval for the necessary repairs from his manager before I arrived at the store. Throughout the entire process, his focus and concern were only on my complete satisfaction. I met Chris Carver, the Business/Finance Manager assigned to handle the paperwork for my purchase, within 15 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. He made finalizing the paperwork, which everyone knows, is usually a long; painful ordeal, an absolute breeze! The only delays throughout the entire process, were caused by any questions I had. From start to finish, this was by far the smoothest, stress-free buying experience I have ever had! More
