The way car buying should be. I first met Alison when I went to Leith for service on my Pilot and we were considering a new vehicle for my husband. Alison was willing to spend time with me, educating me about options, etc even though I was not buying that day. She is genuine, open and asks the right questions so as not to waste either of our time. We purchased a CRV for my husband in January. I was back at the dealer for regular service recently and looked into the Vehicle Exchange program and was happy to work with Allison again. Again, she asks the right questions to be sure you are getting the best vehicle to fit your needs. She builds relationships and is not in for just the sale today. I will be happy to work with her again should our family need another vehicle. In short, she is just "real", professional and easy to talk with unlike many other buying experiences I have had.
