She was so nice I decided I would drive 50 minutes to their dealership rather than 15 mins to the one near me. Tim, their sales manager, called me back after I talked to Bridget, and was equally nice and sincerely helpful in answering my questions about a new GTI SE. I told him I wanted to come in, and he told me to ask for Luke. Luke was as nice as the rest of their crew, very knowledgeable about my GTI, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was able to purchase my car quickly and seamlessly. I will also take my car to them for service in that i is likely their service dept is a good as their sales dept. I've bought more than 25 new cars in my life, and this is the most enjoyable purchase of them all. Go see Luke, and ask for Bridget to do your financing. More

We were referred to Tim Wilkins (New Car Sales Manager) of Luther Burnsville VW by a friend in the new car industry. Our first visit to the dealership was to just touch, feel and drive the new SEL Premium Atlas. We were fortunate to find that they had a few to review. A call and visit to the dealership lead us to Madison Davis (Sales Person) and Mike Barcalow (Sales Manager). Both were super pleasant, inviting and knowledgeable about the Atlas model. A test drive, trade in review and some pleasant price negotiation (Tim Wilkins was involved) led to the purchase of the perfect suv we were after. 2 days later found us at the dealer to exchange vehicles and pick up our new Atlas. The process was very enjoyable... Finance Manager Tom Walsh was incredibly nice (no pressure what so ever!) and thorough! Got a chance to meet Tim who was professional, genuinely appreciative of our business plus just fun to talk to! Madison took us on a tour of the service department and then spent over an hour with my wife reviewing all the feature of the SEL Premium (there are many) before we left while I visited Nate Brindley in parts to order some accessories. This was the first time I ever bought a vehicle from someone I didn't consider my personal friend but by the time we were done, I feel like we made a few more! Tim Wilkins, Sales Manager, sent me the information/sales stickers of the cars I was interested in. When we arrived our salesperson, Luke Klingston, was waiting for us with the two cars we had chosen to test drive, parked in front and running. After test driving, we were offered refreshments, and based on our likes/dislikes, more vehicles were pulled up for our review. We decided on a vehicle and the team went into action to prepare the vehicle (Luke), secure financing (Tom), and write up the paperwork (Luke and Tim). Luke ordered takeout when he found out we hadn't eaten. Luke then reviewed operating procedures and answered all questions we had. The dealership closes at 9pm, but the team stayed until 10:30 to complete the transaction. When Mike Barcalow, Manager, heard I needed a back seat cover for my rescue dogs, he arranged pickup of my vehicle, a rental, and had the cover installed at no charge. Luke and Mike also contacted me a few days after buying the car to see how things were going. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Burnsville VW, and I'll be back. Awesome team! Thanks!
