The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and driven by equally professional and helpful folks. The car we wanted was hard to find but they worked really hard to locate it and I could not be happier or more appreciative of their efforts!! Adam Cote took me for tests drives and showed me the different features of the Passat. He really knows his cars and was pleasant to work with. The sales team was able to locate the exact car I was looking for and brought it into the dealership. It was in even better shape than advertised. We were able to submit documents prior to our arrival to finish the deal, which really helped speed the paperwork along. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my purchase. More

Never having leased before, I had a lot of questions. His patience in answering these concerns & his expert knowledge took the stress out of leasing away. I believe I took a lot of his time but never did I feel rushed or of little customer importance. He walked me through the process with expert guidance. I now lease. 2015 Tiguane & could not be happier. I thought I would never find a vehicle I loved as much as my 2012 Tiguane but my love continues for the Tiguane much to John's professional guidance.
