Jared is by far the best salesperson that my wife & I have ever worked with regarding any product! Jared is personable, professional & very knowledgeable on all of Volkwagen's products. Jared made it easy and fun to purchase our Motor Trend "car of the year" 2015 Golf. Jacque Radue took care of all of the financial steps and like Jared, she is a "complete package" both personally and professionally!! After exploring the lot for a couple minutes, Adam walked up and offered his services. Believe it or not, it wasn't your typical awkward encounter with a car salesman. He was respectful, honest, and actually listened to what I had to say. I am a first time Volkswagen customer with and knew very little about their cars so having a knowledgeable car salesman who wasn't trying to pull a quick one on my was very satisfying. He ended up answering the 20+ questions I had, most of them fairly easy to answer, but a few were difficult. Once he sold me on the car, the paperwork process was simple-I was out within the hour. I'd recommend going to this specific dealership to my friends and would definitely recommend buyers go through Adam. I should also add-Luke Klingson helped me while Adam was taking care of another customer. He was helpful, too! More

I had a very good experience purchasing a new car from Burnsville Volkswagen. The process began when I requested a quote online, within fifteen minutes I received a phone call from Mike Barcalow, and set Burnsville Volkswagen. The process began when I requested a quote online, within fifteen minutes I received a phone call from Mike Barcalow, and set up an appointment to meet a sales representative the next day. I worked with Grant Cox, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different models and the features specific to each one. He did not rush me to make a decision. He sent me home with all the information I needed and gave me time to think about the different models, get insurance quotes, and figure out which car was perfect for me. Tim Wilkins worked with me on my trade in. He took my vehicle for a very short test drive, maybe one block, and did a quick walk around of the vehicle. After a short time he came back with a very reasonable price near market value of my vehicle. After a couple days of looking over the numbers I decided on the car that was perfect for me and was ready to make a deal. I found the same car I wanted at a different dealership near my location. I had received a better price on the new car and they offered me more for my trade in, but the new car sales manager at this other dealership was very pushy and tried to force me into making a deal. The facilities were much older and not as clean, had very poor lighting, the show room was very crammed, and they had far less of an inventory. I called Grant after my bad experience at the other dealership and told him about the better price I was offered. He assured me that I should come in and let them try to regain my business. Tim and Grant beat the price of their competitor and gave me even more for my trade in, which made me very happy. I made the deal instantly. It was close to closing time, but they stayed late to get me in my new car that night. While the paperwork was being drawn out Grant gave me a tour of the facilities, introduced me to the service manager, and set up my phone to work on the cars bluetooth and premium sound system. A couple days after I purchased the vehicle Grant followed up to make sure I was pleased with my new car and offered to answer any questions I may have. Over all from start to finish this was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. My only complaint is that the detailing of the car was rushed, but with all due respect I purchased the car just before closing time and kept the staff late. More

I wasn't planning on trading in my 2009 Beetle that day, but I was to get a new brake light bulb installed and when I got the estimate on my trade in for the sign and drive event, well it was an offer day, but I was to get a new brake light bulb installed and when I got the estimate on my trade in for the sign and drive event, well it was an offer I just couldn't refuse.
