Poor communication, had to visit the dealership to get any updates once I agreed to the service. After almost 2 weeks and $7k in recommended services the vehicle has more problems and noises from the fron any updates once I agreed to the service. Have returned several times for them to fix and tighten parts they repaired which temporarily makes the suspension noises quieter but now they say the vehicle needs another 2K in work and claim the sounds are not related to the work they performed.
