My main sales rep, Gina, was fantastic to deal with again. She truly cares. Tim and her worked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my new Grand Cherokee L through a factory order. They made sure I stayed up to date in the process, and always made sure I had current info. Delivery happened way faster than expected which was a nice surprise. Trade process for my Gladiator was upfront and fair. Gina wasn’t available for when I took delivery. She made sure her coworker Chris took care of me during that final process. Chris was awesome to deal with during delivery. So was Arica in finance; she made the process smooth and fast while still going over everything and making sure I understood all the paperwork. You could tell she cared about my time and didn’t want finance to bog delivery down. Chris went out of his way to make sure I was happy with delivery and satisfied with the experience even though I wasn’t his initial customer. The Klaben staff is what sets this dealer apart from the others. I highly recommend them. Thank you all! More
